These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the joy9 bd platform and all services operated under it. By opening an account on joy9 bd, using any service, or accessing the website, you are considered to have read and agreed to these Terms in full.

Under the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or another acceptable government-issued ID. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age or identity verification is complete. If an account is found to belong to a person under 21, it will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposits

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you will need to wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering must be completed within the time limit set for each bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — unless specifically permitted under special terms.

All users of joy9 bd must use the platform honestly and ethically. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems, software, or network.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities, the relevant account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

7.1 Betting Limits
